On Friday 17 September at 9am Pacific Time, I will be thrilled to be opening this incredible global call by The Shift Network and TreeSisters: women seeding change to plant 1 million trees. This FREE online MUSIC FESTIVAL AND VISIONARIES SUMMIT runs this weekend – September 17-19 – and 100% of donations to support TreeSisters reforestation efforts.

Offering massive inspiration, deep transformative practices, powerful healing work, ecstatic music celebrations, and real game plans for change, The Shift Music Festival welcomes Krishna Das, Rising Appalachia Music Dr. Jane Goodall Bill McKibben Deepak Chopra and many others to celebrate the launch of The Shift Network’s 1 million trees goal.
I kick the festival off with a meditation with musical accompaniment Mystic Pete called Returning to Right Relationship with Nature. Far too many of us have been walking this earth with an unconscious attitude of “will over nature”, taking from the earth and her resources, rather than harmonizing respectfully with the living systems that we are all part of, and embodying our inter-connectedness in our daily lifestyle choices. In this meditative inner journey, I will invite you to relax out of ego, and into a felt sense of being held by the beneficent spirit of Nature. Recognizing what you are inherently part of brings alive a heart-felt reverence for all life forms, supporting you to contemplate one small change you could make to live daily life in right relationship with the Earth.
