Spiritual teachings throughout the ages have reminded us that no matter what is happening externally, natural great peace is our foundation, part of our deepest nature and therefore always available to us all. The question is – how do we gain more substantial access? What do we need to address within ourselves so to grow roots in this depth, and live with clarity, joy and equanimity, even amidst uncertainty?
In this inspirational evening, internationally respected spiritual teacher and author Miranda Macpherson will speak to how we can shift from seeking peace through particular circumstances, to accessing the peace that always IS, through the practice of Ego Relaxation ™.
The evening will include a dharma talk, a short meditation, dialogue and some exquisite music.
