You are invited to join Miranda and a small group of participants for a deeply transformative residential 6 day retreat full of profound spiritual teaching, supported self-inquiry, meditation, chanting and prayer in the stunning fall setting of the highly acclaimed Art of Living Retreat Center, Boone, North Carolina.

Underneath every goal we have in life is the longing to be truly at peace – content, whole and free. Yet in these unsettling times, peace can seem elusive, let alone something we can reliably abide in and respond from.

The great spiritual traditions remind us that no matter what is unfolding externally, natural great peace is our intrinsic foundation, part of our deepest nature and therefore always available. The question is – how do we gain more substantial access? What can support us to become more stabilized in equanimity, even amidst uncertainty?

In times like these, we are being called not just to touch into peace occasionally in formal practice, but to embody a deeper Presence – one that can hold intensity without collapsing and be capable of responding to life with clarity, from love and a grounded power.

This 5 day immersive retreat is designed to support the shift from seeking peace, to abiding in the peace that always IS, through the transformative practice of Ego Relaxation ™. Within a palpable community atmosphere of unconditional acceptance, you can learn to relax the roots of habitual reactivity and discover a deeper inner seat – your true refuge IN Grace.

Through a rich and relevant body of teachings, graceful transmission and powerful meditation, devotion and inquiry practices, Miranda will guide you through and beyond ego, into a new depth of peace and spiritual potency that is your birthright and this world’s light. Together, we will illuminate the root causes of inner conflict with courage, compassion and curiosity, unwind
limiting patterns, and access the presence, power and peace that surpasses all understanding.

During This Retreat you can:
  • Explore your access to the state of natural great peace
  • Illuminate what disrupts your peacefulness—and why
  • Unwind patterns of contraction, reactivity, and inner conflict
  • Learn how to remain peaceful and potent, even in challenge
  • Cultivate the spiritual musculature of Presence and open-heartedness
  • Stabilize a deeper inner ground—your True Refuge

In a time when so much feels uncertain, this is an invitation to discover what within you is unshakable. Come, and allow Presence itself to show you how to live limitless in peace, grounded in power, and deeply at home in what you are.

Watch the sun rise over the mountaintops, rejuvenate with an Ayurvedic body treatment during your self-care time outside of the group sessions with Miranda, or feel the quiet of a walk in the exquisite fall colors of the forest.

To ensure easy access between buildings, AOLRC offer free shuttles that make frequent rounds. You may also contact Guest Services at any time to schedule a shuttle pick-up or drop-off to any part of the campus.
