The Way of Grace: The Art of Ego Relaxation

What if spiritual awakening did not require more striving, but learning how to get out of your own way?

Grace is far more than a beautiful state that fills your heart with gratitude. Grace is the living Presence of the Divine coming alive from within you—revealing a deeper ground of peace, love, wisdom and wholeness that is always here. And it is far more accessible than you might think.

In this experiential four-day retreat, spiritual teacher and author Miranda Macpherson will guide you into the art of Ego Relaxation™: a holistic approach to spiritual surrender and nondual awakening that helps you open, soften and allow what is, so Grace can do what effort alone cannot.

Drawing from her acclaimed book The Way of Grace, Miranda will illuminate and help you engage with the four dimensions of Grace that support your fullest awakening:

  • Grace as Ground — find true refuge in the unchanging Presence beneath your circumstances, and relax out of fear, judgment and the need to control.
  • Grace as Blessing — become more receptive to the love, nourishment and inspiration that sustain you, cultivating trust, humility, patience and joy.
  • Grace as Transforming Presence — discover how sincere practice opens you to the mysterious power that transforms suffering into wisdom.
  • Grace as Embodiment — become a more graceful human being, increasingly able to respond from your depth rather than react from conditioning.

Through rich teachings, potent self-inquiry, meditation and devotional practices, discover a kinder, deeper and profoundly practical path of awakening. In a world that so easily pulls us toward fear and reactivity, learning to cooperate with Grace helps us become more present, loving and wise human beings—capable of meeting our lives, and our world, from a deeper ground within.

Miranda will also offer an evening satsang on April 28 and a workshop on April 29th prior to the retreat. We invite you to arrive a couple of days early to enjoy this introduction to this program.

We suggest you arrive at least one day prior to the start of this course and stay until at least one day after the course ends for the optimal experience.
